Business Development Department


  1. Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

  2. A total experience of 2+ years in the same field for PSP within UAE.

  3. Must have complete understanding of ATM Acquiring solutions and payment gateways.

General Responsibilities:

  • Project management and Business Analysis for Reconciliation utilities for Acquiring initiatives and payment gateway solutions.

  • Will be managing all new product initiatives and support business requirements on enhancing the existing products listed.

  • End to End project management from analysis business requirement, documentation of requirement, solution evaluation keeping in view effort estimation versus business justification, quality analysis of the solution through testing, process documentation and risk analysis and implementation / rollout planning and execution including end user training / communication.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Risk Department


  1. Bachelors and/or master’s degree.A total experience of 2+ years in Risk management for PSP and payment gateway within UAE.

  2. Effective interpersonal skills to aide in daily contact with a diverse multi-cultural environment.

  3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exemplify personal and professional integrity.

  4. Knowledge in AML Regulatory requirements relating PSP and payment gateways (Banks policies and procedures).

  5. Know UAE Business for requirements on AML systems to ensure it works efficiently and adheres to the regulatory requirements of the respective jurisdictions.

  6. Knowledge of online payment clearing activities, as well as card schemes and processes.

  7. Ability to conduct Risk Assessments with a track record in managing and mitigating compliance risks.

  8. Excellent attention to detail.

  9. Ability to communicate with a wide array of Merchants.

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide Management with AML and Fraud Risk.

  • Keeping risk documentation up to date, including the manual and all related policies and procedures.

  • Support the Head of Risk and Compliance in the development, design and execution of new payments products, services and functions.

  • Identify and manage risk trends, system and process gaps, and optimization opportunities.

  • Assist in preparing for internal audits, including collation of data, testing, raising awareness etc.

  • Ensure that operation complies with UAE AML Regulatory requirements, Fraud prevention, payment gateway policy and procedures (e-commerce, PSP, Bank Schemes).

  • Providing support to Business for requirements on AML and Compliance systems to ensure it works efficiently and adheres to the regulatory requirements of the respective jurisdictions.

  • Maintain and keep up to date the Risk & Compliance legal Registers.

​Technical Integration Support 

Technical Integration Department


  1. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

  2. 2+ years software development or software technical support experience, familiar with JAVA, Mobile (IOS or Android), SDK development, Network knowledge TCP/IP/HTTP(S) and of the following. - 3rd Party Software - Server to Server (curl/c#) - Plug Ins - Mobile SDK - Mobile In-app Payments.

  3. Web Design experience is an advantage. 

  4. Experience configuring permissions and services on Windows servers.

  5. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, cloud-based applications, design programs and databases.

  6. Ability to effectively deliver both on-site and virtual/remote technical assistance to a diverse and cross-cultural audience.

  7. Solid organizational, prioritization, and time management skills required

  8. Flexible work attitude: the ability to work in a team environment and independently, and to meet unexpected demands. 


  • Payment Services industry experience preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Tech-savvy - ability to learn new software easily

  • Strong knowledge of data sets and data flow (Database skills are a plus!)

General Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting Business Development activities, introducing company solutions to potential partners or merchants; help customers to identify right solution with company products.

  • Responsible for Merchants/Integration Partners pre-integration technical inquires; integration project management and post-integration technical support requests. Ensure high quality integration with company payment network.

  • Identify and summarize Merchants/Integration Partners’ pain points. Propose enhancement to company products and industry solutions engineering team.

  • Manage the technical support service requests from local. Collaborate with HQ team together to quickly resolve customer’s issues and ensure satisfaction toward the support experience received by Merchants/Integration Partners/Key Accounts.

  • Other duties as assigned by the company head.
